Hi, I’m El!
Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine I would be building my own Juicy Ball empire with so many amazing people along for the ride.
I have always had a sweet tooth and during lockdown I was baking a lot of treats (who wasn’t?!). I began to experiment with simple, good ingredients – vegan chocolate, organic dates, hazelnuts, and peanut butter. When I saw my husband’s reaction after tasting my first juicy ball I knew I was onto a winner!
Creating nutritious, delicious Balls for all
I brought the energy balls to my runclub and people quickly started asking if they could buy them. I was nervous, but after some persuasion from friends & family I approached one of my favourite local coffee shops, Rise at the Cove, to sell my balls.
Demand continued to grew and gave me the confidence to give it my all. Not long after, Ciara joined the team to help me keep up with the demand and we haven’t looked back since. It’s amazing to share the challenges and victories of running a small business with someone!
